In order to ensure inclusive recruitment selection at EUR, the IDEA Center has created a toolkit to provide guidelines for the selection process of prospective employees from preparation to evaluation, as well as mini e-learnings. This includes a guideline towards writing an inclusive vacancy announcement, composing a diverse selection team, and having inclusive interviews. This toolkit aims to decrease the role of bias in the selection process, hence selecing the best candidate.
