UNIC Pop-Up City Lab: Bilbao, ¿ciudad violeta? Retos urbanos desde una perspectiva de género

On Thursday 1st December at 10am CET the University of Deusto organise an online session to indetify urban challenges in the city of Bilbao from a gender perspectiva.

The 16 days of Activism against Gender Based Violence is an annual international campaign that kicks off on 25 November, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, and runs until 10 December, Human Rights Day. 

Within this framework, the University of Deusto organises the  Pop-Up City Lab Bilbao, ¿ciudad violeta? Retos urbanos desde una perspectiva de género with the aims of:

  • Exploring different perspectives on the gender based violence
  • Identifying urban challenges from the perspective of gender by identifying, placing and interpreting how specific public spaces and infraestructures hinder the elimination of the gender violence.
